Challenge

A multi-location Vietnamese kitchen needed one cohesive voice across many kitchens. Atmosphere, people, and seasonal specials weren't translating online, and content was inconsistent location to location. The goal was cross-location imprinting: when a customer experiences one space, it subtly teaches them how to recognize, trust, and move through the other.

Solution

Built a centralized calendar, behind-the-kitchen video pipeline, and trained managers on a shared posting cadence.
