How I think about it
I use AI as leverage, not as a gimmick. The goal is simple: cut the time between an idea and a finished asset in half, without lowering the bar on quality or voice.
I bake AI into the parts of the pipeline that drain humans — first-pass edits, transcripts, captions, repurposing one piece of content into ten, drafting recruiting and event blasts, summarizing reports, generating thumbnail and design variants to test against. The human stays on taste, strategy, and approval. The machine handles the reps.
I also use AI to listen. I pull patterns out of comments, reviews, support tickets, and sales calls so the content calendar is informed by what people are actually asking for, not what we assume they want.
Done right, this means a small team ships like a big one, software and outsourcing budgets shrink, and the brand stays unmistakably human because the parts that matter are still touched by a person.
