How I think about it

I don't believe in marketing you can't measure. Before anything ships, I write down what success looks like in plain English and what number we're going to point at to prove it.

I build dashboards leadership can actually read. One screen, the handful of metrics that matter, trended over time, with notes on what we did and why the line moved. No twenty-tab spreadsheet, no jargon, no hiding behind impressions.

Each week I tie content output to audience growth, engagement quality, recruiting pipeline, and revenue influence. Each month I write a short narrative report — what we shipped, what worked, what flopped, what's next — so the team and the CEO are aligned without sitting through a deck.

The point isn't reporting for reporting's sake. The point is fewer guesses, faster decisions, and a marketing function that earns its budget every quarter.
