How I think about it

Digital marketing for me is one connected funnel, not a stack of disconnected channels. Web, email, SMS, paid, and organic all answer to the same audience map and the same conversion goals.

I start with the customer journey. Where do they first hear about you, what do they need to see next, what proof closes them, and what brings them back. Then I build the assets and the cadence to move them through that path on whatever device they're on.

On the execution side I write the copy, design the creative, build the landing pages, segment the lists, set the automations, and launch the campaigns. Recruiting blasts, event invites, seasonal pushes, product launches — all of it runs through the same system so nothing feels off-brand and nothing falls through the cracks.
